Peter Keat presents   "Railways make you laugh”

Railways make me laugh! Through life there are many and various incidents that can cause unforeseen amusement and the railways are no exception. In this talk there are the misleading signs, saucy postcards, comedy programmes and just funny things that happen throughout life.

The talk will look at cartoons, mishaps, animals, passengers and also a look at commercial films and television programmes. There is also a smattering of strange locomotives and stock but most of all the programme features the always entertaining general public.

Summer outing on the 7th September, to Moors Valley Railway.
