Just like any club with a membership, we need to keep a record of who has paid a subscription, and to contact our members with the information they need.

We also undertake to be responsible with that contact information, to keep it secure, to seek permission to hold it, and to use it only as promised, not revealing it to any third parties without consent.

Members also have the right to inspect their personal information, and request its removal at any time.

Data Protection has been active in UK for 20 years: the only effective change in the regulations since May 2018 is that members opt-in rather than opt-out, so permission to store information must be given.
